THE FOUNDATION’S APPROACH: INCUBATOR, TEACHING, AND WISDOM
Accelerate DFW fosters connections to subject matter experts, fellow entrepreneurs, and other startup gurus to help you reach your objectives as quickly as possible. We impact entrepreneurs through four initiatives:
1. IDEA Works incubator program: designed for both startups and established companies, with customized programming that meets the specific needs of each client. We scour the private sector and entrepreneurial communities to find the authorities who have been there, done that with the ability to share it effectively.
2. Entrepreneurial storytelling: shining light and celebrating local companies that have achieved traction but are still young enough to remember what it was like to go through the grind of launching. We help spread the wisdom, anecdotes, and missteps of entrepreneurs in the trenches so that others can learn and benefit.
3. Startup Bootcamp: output-focused workshops with subject matter experts designed so that attendees walk out the door with something tangible they can immediately implement in their business.
4. Ecosystem building: supporting a variety of events designed to engage entrepreneurs, break down silos, and catalyze the larger entrepreneurial community in partnership with other ecosystem partners.
